5. Product Use and Safety

Car perfume liquid should not be intentionally applied directly to dashboards, screens, upholstery, leather, plastics, painted surfaces or other vehicle interior materials unless the product instructions specifically permit such use.

Customers should take reasonable care to prevent leakage or spillage.

Keep products away from children and pets and follow all product-specific safety and storage instructions.

Where applicable, keep fragrance products away from flames, sparks or other ignition sources in accordance with the product's safety instructions.

6. Prices

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed as required during the ordering or checkout process.

IRIS DEER may revise product prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where correction is required due to an obvious pricing or technical error and permitted by applicable law.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Estimated delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other logistical circumstances.

10. Cancellation, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact IRIS DEER within the period specified in our Return / Refund Policy.

photographs of the product;
photographs of the packaging;
photographs or video showing damage or leakage; and
other information reasonably required to verify the issue.

The IRIS DEER name, logo, antler symbol, product names, packaging designs, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.
